At Bull Empire USA, we are dedicated to raising healthy, well-socialized American Bully puppies. Every puppy receives routine veterinary care before joining its new home. We encourage all buyers to review this Health Guarantee carefully and contact us with any questions before completing a purchase.
We recommend that every puppy be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of arriving at its new home.
This examination helps confirm your puppy’s overall health and allows your veterinarian to establish an appropriate vaccination and wellness schedule.
If your veterinarian identifies a serious health condition that was likely present prior to delivery, please notify us promptly and provide written documentation from the examining veterinarian.
Our puppies include a 30-day limited health guarantee covering illnesses or health conditions that a licensed veterinarian determines were likely present before delivery.
If a qualifying condition is confirmed during the guarantee period, we will review the veterinary documentation and discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include one of the following, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law:
A replacement puppy of comparable value, when available.
A partial or full refund, where appropriate.
Reimbursement of eligible veterinary expenses up to the original purchase price, if approved.
Any resolution will depend on the circumstances of the case and applicable state laws.
If, within 30 days of delivery, a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a congenital or hereditary condition that significantly affects your puppy’s quality of life, please contact us immediately.
Supporting veterinary records and diagnostic reports may be required before any claim can be evaluated.
To maintain eligibility under this Health Guarantee, buyers agree to:
Schedule a veterinary examination within 10 days of receiving the puppy.
Notify us within two business days after receiving a qualifying diagnosis.
Provide complete veterinary records, examination reports, and any requested supporting documentation.
Follow the veterinarian’s recommendations regarding routine care, vaccinations, nutrition, and parasite prevention.
Failure to meet these requirements may affect eligibility for coverage.
This Health Guarantee does not cover:
Routine veterinary care, vaccinations, or wellness visits.
Preventive medications or parasite prevention.
Injuries, accidents, or illnesses occurring after delivery due to environmental factors or improper care.
Health issues resulting from neglect, abuse, improper nutrition, overexertion, or failure to follow veterinary advice.
Stress-related conditions that may occur during adjustment to a new home.
Breeding ability, fertility, or cosmetic characteristics.
Consumer protection laws regarding puppy sales vary by state. Where applicable, state laws governing pet purchases will take precedence over this policy.
Buyers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the laws that apply in their state before completing a purchase.
In certain cases, an extended genetic health guarantee may be offered in writing at the time of purchase.
When applicable, the guarantee may cover qualifying hereditary conditions that are confirmed through appropriate veterinary examinations and diagnostic testing.
The following conditions apply:
Veterinary documentation and diagnostic results must be submitted for review.
Routine healthcare expenses are not covered.
Compensation, if approved, will be determined after reviewing all supporting documentation.
The guarantee does not apply to injuries, accidents, neglect, or conditions resulting from improper care after the puppy has been delivered.
If you have any questions regarding our Health Guarantee or puppy care recommendations, please contact us before placing your reservation. We are happy to explain our policies and help you make an informed decision.
